How do I check if a player is banned?
Open the banlist page and search by Steam ID, in-game nickname, or IP address. Results return in real time and link to detailed ban records including the reason, admin, and expiration.
What games does ProServer cover?
Currently the ban database centralizes No More Room in Hell (NMRiH). The SourceBans++ backend supports any Source-engine title, so additional games may be added in future.
How do I protest a ban?
Open the ban detail page and use the built-in protest form, or contact a server admin via Discord. Each protest is reviewed by the responsible admin and the community staff.
Is ProServer free?
Yes. The web portal is free for anyone to use. Hosting is provided by Avalon Community Servers since 2021 and the SourceBans++ backend is open source under the CC-BY-NC-SA 3.0 license.
